📦 Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there’s a delay due to stock, high order volume, or any other reason, we’ll notify you via email.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 3–10 business days (where available)
International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs delays.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
- Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain value (as advertised on-site)
- Express and international rates will be shown at checkout before payment
🎯 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real-time.
📍 Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

🌎 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
📮 Missed or Returned Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we can:
- Reship it to you (shipping fees may apply)
- Or issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs
