30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Woolisi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right — hassle-free and fair.


Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Products should be returned in original packaging, including any accessories or inserts

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Final Sale or Clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable
  • If your return is not approved due to item condition or eligibility, we will contact you with next steps

Need a different size, color, or replacement? We’re happy to help!

  • Send back your original item
  • Once received, we’ll ship the replacement or help you place a new order

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply:

  • Email us at care@woolisi.com.au with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  • We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and address
  • Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

🚚 Return Shipping Tips

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
  • Woolisi is not responsible for items lost in return transit
