At Woolisi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right — hassle-free and fair.
✅ Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products should be returned in original packaging, including any accessories or inserts
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Final Sale or Clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable
- If your return is not approved due to item condition or eligibility, we will contact you with next steps

📦 How to Start a Return
To begin a return, simply:
- Email us at care@woolisi.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and address
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us
(Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
🚚 Return Shipping Tips
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
- Woolisi is not responsible for items lost in return transit
